Guaranteed Tooling
Let us start with your “Proposed” design. We review and critique that design and meet with you to discuss the changes needed to reduce tooling costs and make recommendations to further reduce parts costs. At the same time we discuss assembly, inserts, packaging and decorating.

Once settled we issue a formal quote to you and await a purchase order and final drawings. We then start building your tooling, which can take as little as a week, or as much as 90 days (depending on complexity and cavitation). One critical point frequently overlooked is the quality of the tooling. ALL OF OUR TOOLING IS GUARANTEED FOR THE LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCT OR WE WILL REPAIR IT AT OUR EXPENSE. That is a statement that few molders will stand behind or even claim. We have always “overbuilt” our production molds, be it Cammed, Unscrewing, Hot Runner, Jigglers or just high wear/abrasive materials. We will always repair or rebuild our tooling as long as it remains in our possession. When was the last time you had a guarantee of this sort?
